Monitoring & Reporting
Redmoor Health is committed to monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving its corporate social responsibility and social value performance. Progress is reviewed regularly by the senior management team, with annual oversight by the Board to ensure our commitments remain aligned with our business objectives, company values and the needs of the communities we serve.
We monitor our performance across key areas, including employee wellbeing, retention, equality of opportunity, training and development, environmental sustainability, community engagement and responsible procurement.
Where appropriate, we use measurable indicators such as our carbon footprint, employee engagement, volunteering activities, local supplier engagement and the social value outcomes achieved through our services.
As a supplier to the NHS and wider public sector, we recognise the importance of demonstrating the positive impact of our work. Where relevant, we work with clients to identify and measure social value outcomes, particularly those relating to improved patient access, digital inclusion, health inequalities and community wellbeing.
We use the findings from our monitoring activities, employee feedback and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future priorities. Our approach is proportionate to the size and nature of our business, with specific measurable commitments established where appropriate to individual contracts and projects.
We are committed to transparency and accountability, ensuring that our social value activities deliver meaningful benefits and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.
