Leading Innovations & Inclusion Academy

Four in-person masterclass workshops will take place in March, April, June and September 2026, open to cohort members and colleagues.

As a participant in the Leading Innovations & Inclusion Academy, you will receive:

• Access to all programme learning sessions, resources, and digital tools.
• Support and mentorship from facilitators and subject experts.
• Opportunities to connect and collaborate with peers across the region.
• A platform to share learning, showcase innovations, and influence positive change within the sector.
• Development of an alumni, offering a resource hub, peer-led Action Learning follow-on groups and opportunities to share success stories and learning.

By committing to this agreement, you agree to:

• Actively participate in sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
• Contribute to discussions, reflections, and peer learning throughout the programme.
• Apply learning to your own service or organisation, testing digital approaches or inclusive innovations where appropriate.
• Share progress and insights, helping others in your network benefit from your experiences.
• Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your participation.
• Maintain attendance and engagement, informing facilitators of any barriers or absences in advance where possible.
