Integrated Neighbourhoods are becoming a central part of how care is delivered. For many practices and PCNs the challenge is knowing where to start.
This is your chance to join three free webinars for practices, PCNs and partners, hosted by Redmoor Health in partnership with At Scale, with special guest speakers from across the NHS. Across three sessions we will guide you through the essentials, from the foundations of Integrated Neighbourhoods to building partnerships and proving value.
Free for all D&T Network members. Not a member yet? You will automatically be enrolled when you register.
