Practical approaches for maximising QOF outcomes
This session focuses on the practical steps that make the biggest difference to year-end QOF delivery. It introduces the priorities that matter most, how call and recall can be organised effectively and the techniques that strengthen achievement throughout the year. The Oberoi QOF Calculator will be demonstrated to show how practices can use data to guide their approach, alongside examples of recall planning tools available through the D&T Hub that support structured delivery.

Raising Health Check uptake depends heavily on how well communication, outreach and practice engagement work together. This session introduces practical approaches that have proved effective across recent Redmoor prevention projects, highlighting what makes a communication mix land with both practices and the public. We will focus on the methods that consistently improve awareness and uptake, with relevance for Health Checks, smoking cessation and other prevention priorities.
