In the past year, Redmoor’s social media content for GP practices and pharmacies reached over 51 million people across the UK. From national health campaigns to local service updates, this content is now one of the most visible ways patients engage with the NHS.
But at this scale, accuracy matters. A single post can shape patient expectations, influence behaviour, or trigger demand. The need for high-quality, clinically safe messaging is clear.
That’s why Redmoor has partnered with Patient.info one of the UK’s most trusted health information platforms, to clinically assure all scheduled content delivered through our Social Media Managed Service.
From this month, every scheduled post will be reviewed by Patient.info’s clinical team. Where appropriate, posts will also include links to trusted articles hosted on the Patient.info website, helping patients access further guidance written in plain language and aligned with NHS standards.
”We know patients rely on practices to share trusted health advice online, this partnership helps ensure that the educational content we produce, like posts about symptoms, conditions, or how NHS services work, is clinically reviewed and aligned with national guidance.

This move builds on the success of Redmoor’s SMMS, which now supports more than 850 practices and continues to grow. The service blends tailored messaging, creative content, and ongoing moderation support, helping practices stay active online without the pressure of producing content in-house.
For Patient.info, the partnership forms part of a renewed focus on improving access to high-quality health information across patient-facing channels. Now owned by Navigate Health, the platform is undergoing new investment to expand its role as a trusted content provider that can support both patients and the NHS.
”We’re making it easier for patients to access trusted health advice, and easier for healthcare teams to use that content in real-world settings. Social media is one of the fastest-growing patient communication tools, and it makes sense for our content to be part of that.
Thomas PorteusProduct Director, Navigate Health
Clinically assured content is already live across Redmoor’s SMMS accounts. For existing customers, there’s no change to how content is delivered, but every scheduled post now comes with the added reassurance of an independent clinical review.
