Location: Across Scotland and the North of England (majority in the South of Scotland). Combination of on-site and remote delivery.
About the Role
GP practices across Scotland are moving onto an updated Vision clinical system. As a Vision Trainer, you’ll work directly with practice teams, helping staff feel confident, capable, and supported throughout the migration.

The programme includes a mix of classroom learning, independent study, and live shadowing to build confidence and consistency before deployment. You’ll receive full induction, structured support, and friendly coaching throughout to ensure you’re fully prepared to lead sessions independently.
Once signed off, you’ll move to a flexible schedule of around three to five days per week (minimum three), planned around your availability.
Travel, accommodation and meals are reimbursed in line with policy – most work is in the South of Scotland, with occasional trips further afield. You’ll invoice monthly under our contractor terms.
