Graduate Executive (Commercial, Product, and Marketing)

Location: Based in Chorley, with a hybrid working model.

Type: Full-Time, Rotational Programme

Salary: From £25,000

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven graduate to join our team at Redmoor Health. This unique rotational programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our commercial, product, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for healthcare innovation, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our mission of supporting Primary Care organisations through digital transformation and communications excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product: Gain insight into the complete product development lifecycle, from initial ideation through to launch. Assist the product team by conducting market research, facilitating user testing, aiding in prioritisation, shaping products and services, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, content creation, digital marketing campaigns, social media management and the measurement of their effectiveness.
  • Commercial: Learn and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, engage with clients to understand their needs, and help identify new business opportunities.

Rotational Experience:

  • Participate in a structured rotational programme designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the business.
  • Work on real projects that contribute to the success of Redmoor Health and its clients.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals across different departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in related field
  • An interest in healthcare, digital transformation, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
