Digital Health Account Executive

Location: Remote, with occasional national travel
Salary: Up to £32,000, depending on experience

Redmoor Health is looking for a Digital Health Account Executive to support GP practices and primary care customers across patient communications, digital transformation and practice growth programmes.

The initial focus of this role will be supporting practices taking part in our Patient List Growth Programme. You will help coordinate activity that improves practice visibility, strengthens patient-facing communications, supports local promotion and helps practices track progress against agreed goals.

You will work closely with Redmoor’s delivery, creative, digital and commercial teams to coordinate activity, gather information from practices, prepare updates, chase actions and help keep each account moving.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone organised, confident with customers, comfortable using digital tools, and interested in how communications, marketing and operational improvement can support NHS primary care.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of GP practices and primary care customers onto Redmoor programmes
  • Help coordinate discovery sessions, action plans and follow-up activity
  • Gather key information from practices, including local context, registration data, website details, Google Business Profile access and campaign requirements
  • Coordinate agreed activity across internal teams, including creative assets, social media content, website updates, local promotional materials and reporting
  • Maintain account trackers, action logs and delivery schedules
  • Prepare monthly performance updates using registration figures, campaign activity, website data and other available information
  • Chase approvals, content, data and feedback from practices in a professional and timely way
  • Support local outreach research, including community groups, local venues, housing developments, colleges, libraries and other relevant touchpoints
  • Help identify risks, delays and opportunities for improvement across each account
  • Support customer meetings by preparing agendas, notes and follow-up actions
  • Work with senior colleagues to improve templates, reporting processes and the overall service model

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in account coordination, customer support, marketing delivery, communications, project support or primary care administration
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several accounts or workstreams at once
  • Confident communicating with customers by email, Teams and phone
  • Good written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates and follow-up notes
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Monday.com or similar project management systems
  • Able to work with basic performance data and turn it into clear updates
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable chasing information without needing constant direction
  • Interested in healthcare, patient communications, marketing or digital transformation
  • Experience working with GP practices, PCNs, NHS organisations or healthcare communications would be useful but is not essential

About you

You will be the kind of person who keeps things moving. You are organised, practical and good at following up with people. You will enjoy working across different teams and making sure customers receive a professional, responsive service.

You do not need to be a marketing strategist or primary care expert from day one, but you should be quick to learn, confident speaking with customers, and able to understand what needs to happen next on each account.

Why Redmoor

  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Company laptop
  • Hybrid and flexible working
  • Occasional travel for team meetings and customer work
  • Access to an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
  • Chorley office base with free parking
  • Opportunity to develop within a growing digital health consultancy
  • Exposure to a wide range of primary care, communications and transformation projects
