Redmoor Health’s Communications Managed Service is the full-service solution for all your primary care communication and media needs. Our expert team offer a range of support including patient communications strategies, website audits and public health campaigns.

Social Media Managed Service

Research shows that 84% of people are active on social media, with most of those checking in daily. This provides GP practices and PCN with a real opportunity to promote regular messages out to patients. 

We know many practices report using social media as a stressful experience filled with negative comments, unofficial practice pages and difficulties creating content. The Redmoor Health Social Media Managed Service is designed to be a cost and time-effective tool to reduce pressure and stress on practice staff.

The managed service includes:

  • Creation of new social media pages or enhancing existing ones
  • Access to the Redmoor Health support centre for queries and coaching (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm)
  • Posting regular, relevant content to local communities using a mixture of national campaigns and bespoke posts that are co-created between a practice and Redmoor Health
  • Refresher training and advice on how to manage patient communications
  • Creation of regular campaigns in video, animation and image formats to increase reach and traction
  • Moderation of pages to reduce the pressure on practice teams
  • Creation of closed Facebook groups for patients with long term conditions or their PPG
  • Performance reporting to show the impact of the posts and patient reach
  • Access to resources such as how-to guides, toolkits, and case studies

Our Team

Redmoor Health's Communications Managed Service is made up of a team of dedicated designers and digital technicians backed up by Redmoor years of experience helping to improve primary care communications. We employ over 18 former or current healthcare professionals who have worked in medical, technical, leadership or communications roles within the NHS and we draw on their knowledge and experience in all our work.

Marc Schmid

Marc Schmid


Marc Schmid is an experienced senior manager in both the NHS and local government. He has been responsible for the implementation of digital first programmes across local government and the NHS as well as a range of other exciting digital programmes including remote consultations in primary care and social care, implementation of digital programmes for PCNs, digitisation of Lloyd George records and the rollout of a national programme of video group clinics. Marc was also one of the creators of Redmoor Communications CIC and provides digital training and support for not for profit organisations and support to help long term unemployed young people into work. Marc’s role is to develop Redmoor Health into a key strategic partner for the NHS and other public sector organisations.
Dr Rahul Goyal

Dr Rahul Goyal

Chief Medical Officer

Before joining Redmoor Rahul worked as the clinical lead of the region-wide Health information exchange (HIE), shared care record commissioned by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, UAE, prior to that Dr. Goyal worked for Mediclinic. During his tenure at Mediclinic, he assumed the role of Physician Lead Informatics and was involved in various healthcare information and digital transformation projects, leading the physician-focused adoption aspects of systems such as electronic health records and other synergistic technologies, he continues to practice as Consultant Family Medicine at Mediclinic Middle East, as a part-time engagement.

With over 20 years of experience as a GP, Dr. Goyal worked as a partner in various UK practices. Before completing his training as a GP, he trained as a higher specialist ophthalmologist.

Dr Goyal was also elected as one of the “Future 50 Clinical leaders in Healthcare IT by HIMSS” in 2019. He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists UK. In 2020, he was appointed as Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Mohamed Bin Rashid University in Dubai, UAE.

Paul Galley

Agency Director

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in his field. For almost three decades, he has worked with scores of top designers, photographers, illustrators, writers and programmers.

As well as leading the Redmoor Creative team, his role will ensure that their projects are underpinned by Redmoor Health’s wealth of experience and insight into health and social care sector. Taking responsibility for, and ensuring that the creative solution is not only the best fit, but that it hits the deadline on time and within budget.

A keen illustrator and award winning designer, Paul has worked with clients such as Carlsberg UK, Volkswagen, Greene King, Stonegate, Whitbread, Hollywood Bowl and numerous pub companies. Paul not only manages the team and process he is also fully submerged in any given project. This provides a collaborative joined up process ensuring the message is executed right whether through traditional or digital media.

Head of Digital

Chris is our Head of Digital – His role is to bring your project to life digitally ensuring the project is delivered to the highest of standards. He leads end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including technology delivery and change management required to improve processes.

Chris has worked for large agencies in the past, working for high profile brands like Thomas Cook, Brother UK and Redrow Homes to name but a few. Chris provides a wealth of agency experience and will be pushing the innovation and digital offering at Redmoor.

Marketing Manager

Charlie’s Background is marketing and communications within the charitable sector. He is experienced in delivering branding, event management, marketing strategy, videography and web design. Charlie is also an experienced frontline worker and influencer within homelessness and social care sector, possessing a detailed knowledge of working with vulnerable adults.

As our Marketing Manager, Charlie is at a central point to create and promote content stemming from Redmoor’s vast array of programmes and services. Charlie’s knowledge helps to ensure Redmoor Health and its partners are able to raise awareness of the difference they are making to front line health and social care.

Amelia Land


Amelia is a long-time creative practitioner, with an interest in filming, creative writing, drawing and art history. After leaving a role in retail to pursue a creative career, she achieved a first class degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in Illustration and Animation, and is now a Designer at Redmoor Health, working on Social Media Managed Service to create content, national campaigns for charities such as Just Talk and branding for medical practices.
