Prices are 12p per patient, per annum (ex VAT) based on a 3 month rolling direct debit.

The Foundation+ licence is our subscription offer to help practices and PCNs to embed the learning as business as usual. Foundation+ is suitable for PCNs who wish to purchase on behalf of all practices. 

The subscription offer especially supports practices wanting to deliver consistency across PCNs and is popular where PCNs have Digital Champions and Digital and Transformation Leads in place. Practice staff can book places or catch up on recordings of our webinar programme at their convenience, with topics linked to each of the modules.

To calculate the cost for you we will use the population as recorded on NHS Digital – Patients registered at a GP Practice at the start of the contract and bill monthly on this basis. If the practice list size differs by 10% from start of contract, then the difference may be requested or reimbursed and a new population size and price agreed.  Please contact us if this occurs for your PCN. There will be an initial £100 setup fee for new subscriptions which will be invoiced separately once your contract starts.

The Digital Journey Planner is an online self-assessment tool for GP practices. Redmoor Health have developed the system with NHS England, to optimise general practice knowledge, understanding and processes, with the aim to improve patient experience.

The DJP is full of useful tools and resources for improvement, centralised into one place to make it simple for practices to make improvements on their digital journey.

The DJP makes planning improvements easy by generating an action plan based on your answers, giving practices clear and attainable areas for improvement and highlighting the tools and resources available to support with implementation. The DJP is divided into modules that focus on specific areas for improvement.
