Our fully managed service is designed to reduce the current pressures being faced by teams by taking away the burden associated with managing social media channels.

Through the managed service, Redmoor Health’s dedicated social media team will create, manage and develop social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Prices shown are per month (ex VAT) based on an ongoing Direct Debit payment.

Description

Through the managed service, Redmoor Health’s dedicated social media team will:

  • Create, manage and develop social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Post regular, relevant content to local communities using a mixture of national campaigns and bespoke posts that are co-created with the practice/PCN/pharmacy & Redmoor Health
  • Schedule pre-agreed posts directing patients/customers to support and advice to help reduce demand
  • Management of positive/negative patient comments to reduce the pressure on in-house teams
  • Performance reporting to show the impact of the posts and patient/customer reach
  • Monthly interactive webinars and workshops on a range of topics
  • Provide resources such as documents, hints and tips, and case studies
  • Deliver enhanced support to engaged teams
  • Creation of closed Facebook groups for patients with long-term conditions or their Patient Partnership Group (PPG) or other sub-groups as required
  • Access to the Redmoor Health Support Centre for queries and coaching (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm)
