Description
Through the managed service, Redmoor Health’s dedicated social media team will:
- Create, manage and develop social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X)
- Post regular, relevant content to local communities using a mixture of national campaigns and bespoke posts that are co-created with the practice/PCN/ICB & Redmoor Health
- Schedule pre-agreed posts directing patients/customers to support and advice to help reduce demand
- Management of all patient comments to reduce the pressure on in-house teams
- Performance reporting to show the impact of the posts and patient/customer reach
- Monthly interactive webinars and workshops on a range of topics
- Provide resources such as documents, hints and tips, and case studies
- Deliver enhanced support to engaged teams
- Creation of closed Facebook groups for patients with long-term conditions or their Patient Partnership Group (PPG) or other sub-groups as required
- Access to the Redmoor Health Support Centre for queries and coaching (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm)
