Redmoor Health has been shortlisted in three categories in the 2024 of the HTN Now Awards.

The company has been recognised in the ‘Integrated Health and Care System Transformation’ category, the ‘Innovation in Health and Care’ category and the ‘Supporting General Practice through Technology’ category.

In the ‘Integrated Health and Care System Transformation’ category, Redmoor were nominated for their work with NCL.

In 2019, a five-year funding stream through the Digital First Programme was set out to address the needs of digital transformation. Redmoor Health was commissioned by North Central London ICB as a strategic partner for digital transformation, with this marking the second year that Redmoor Health has been commissioned to work alongside NCL.

In the ‘Innovation in Health and Care’ category, Redmoor were nominated for their Digital Journey Planner (DJP) tool. The DJP is an online assessment tool developed in partnership with NHS England for primary care to assess their digital progress, improve access and enhance patient experience and satisfaction. The DJP makes planning improvements easy by generating an action plan based on practice answers, giving practices clear and attainable areas for improvement, and highlighting the tools and resources available to support with implementation.

In the ‘Supporting General Practice through Technology’ category, Redmoor were nominated for their work with NHS England’s Digital First Primary Care team, AHSN NNEC. This partnership is delivering the Digital Champions programme, which gives all NHS primary care workforce in the North East and North Cumbria the opportunity to become digital champions within their organisation.
